Just started coming here and staff are fine - the dentist is really nice.
Love this dentist one of the best i have ever been to. Very professional and always talks through my options and listens. I can always get in if i have toothache. I have been with them for 4 years and have had all types of work doing. I should mention i am also NHS and this is the best dentist i have ever been to in my 30 odd years.I love how they send u a text message with your appointment straight away and then remind you a few days before also.
Went to this dentist after another cannock dentist left the root in after tooth extraction and said I would have to go hospital, this was back February 2015 still have not got my hospital appointment. This dentist got the root out in 5min and could finally heal.
Friendly, don't rush you through. Always remind about appointments.
Said they open at 11 on Saturday, was still trying to get through at 11:20 but just getting out of hours information. Also answer phone message says they reopen tomorrow at 9 am...... think I will need to test that out for Sunday too.Simply get your systems and messages up dated and relevant.
