Really great Reiki for healing. Spinal touch for balance after my stroke was important. Reflexology for ibs and my stroke. Freeway was really good for cutting down on drinking. Good head and shoulder massage as well
Very nice lady who does the therapies. I had a massage and after wards I felt a lot better. If you tell her how you want it and why she will tailor your treatment for you. She was friendly and professional and made you feel relaxed. There is parking space there. It is in a house but the room was as good as you get at any other shop or even better and was relaxing in there.
Sharon is lovely and very professional. I've never had reflexology before but Sharon explained everything to me. I came away feeling utterly relaxed and calm. I loved it so much I've already booked in for my second appointment in just over a weeks time.
Sharon is a very likeable and professional massage therapist who makes you feel totally at ease. Myself and my wife have both had treatments with Sharon and we both highly recommend her. My back went totally the other week, I literally couldn't walk properly or stand up straight, after a 30 min back massage with Sharon where she concentrated on the real problem areas, I could manoeuvre much more freely.Sharon's prices won't break the bank and you quite often get 'Deal of the month' where she provides great offers. Also alongside that she has a great blog that provides lots of useful information about all sorts of health subjects. Myself and my wife won't be seeking another therapist, as long as Sharon remains in business, we will both happily be utilising her services.
